Four times a year Highpoint invites the community to an afternoon of hands-on printmaking and creative fun. At these free, public events visitors of all ages make prints to take home. Since 2002 Free Ink Days have been an opportunity for the community to create unique, hand made artwork. All materials for the planned activity are supplied by Highpoint – just bring your creativity and be ready to get inky! Past activities have included monoprinting and relief block printing.

Now a cornerstone of Highpoint’s community programs, Free Ink Days venture out into the community to local events such as the Northside Art Collective’s annual Spring Art Party in North Minneapolis. Would you or your workplace like to sponsor a Free Ink Day?
