TWENTY, the 2011 Winter Cooperative Exhibition marks a milestone for Highpoint and our Printshop Cooperative. We are very proud to present the 20th Cooperative Exhibition, celebrating 10 years of semi-annual exhibitions. Our opening reception will feature a holiday sale, refreshments and merriment celebrating this community accomplishment. Join us for special discounts on prints at the free opening reception.

Highpoint Center for Printmaking Announces Exhibition
at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts:

Highpoint Editions – Decade One

• On view: September 24, 2011 – June 10, 2012

Highpoint Center for Printmaking is very proud to announce the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (MIA) will be hosting an exhibition of prints created during Highpoint’s first ten years (2001 – 2011). The show, Highpoint Editions – Decade One, will open on Saturday September 24 at the MIA and run through June 10, 2012. Thomas Rassieur, the John E. Andrus III Curator of Prints and Drawings at MIA, will curate the exhibition.

STAND OUT PRINTS 2012

• On view: February 24 – April 14, 2012

A national print exhibition to be held in the late winter of 2012. The exhibition will fill HP’s 1000+ square foot gallery space with select impressions in contemporary printmaking.

2011–2012 ACCESS/PRINT & LOOK/SEE Exhibits

• On view: April – May

LOOK/SEE, Highpoint’s Student Show, will open in tandem with the ACCESS/PRINT Project, Highpoint’s young artists' mentorship program for high school students show, in April. Students, parents, teachers and the public are invited to join the celebration of a year of prints in Highpoint's gallery!

Jerome Residency 2011–2012

Gwendolyn Comings, Graham Judd & Jonathan McFadden

Jerome artists Gwendolyn Comings, Graham Judd and Jonathan McFadden are printing their way towards an exhibition that showcases their diverse interests and approaches to printmaking. Beginning in September 2011 these artists have been working in the studio at Highpoint to produce an outstanding exhibit this May.
