Jehra Patrick, Executive Director

Jehra Patrick (she/her) is the Executive Director of Highpoint. Jehra provides overall administrative, strategic and operational responsibility for Highpoint and its mission-driven programming. Her collaborative leadership approach engages staff, Board, artists, and audiences, in shared agency to shape an inclusive future for Highpoint.
Jehra is an accomplished arts leader with a record of creating valuable systems of support for artists and innovative public programming. She also has a background as a studio artist and enjoys making artwork with her two young children. While not at Highpoint, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and seeing art.
Alex Blaisdell, Gallery Director
As Gallery Director, Alex (she/her) manages the inventory, and client relations, and oversees sales of Highpoint Editions’ artwork. Alex works directly with museums, private collectors, and institutions to place and promote the artist’s work from initial inquiry to installation. In addition, Alex also assists with guest-curated and international exhibitions at Highpoint. Alex is an animal lover and enjoys traveling, and movies.
Josh Bindewald,
Director of Artist Programs
Josh (he/him) joined the Highpoint team in 2012. As Highpoint has grown and evolved, so has his role within the organization. HE coordinates HP’s artist programs including the McKnight Printmaking Fellowship, the Jerome Early Career Printmakers Residency, The Full Color Print Program, and the artists’ cooperative printshop. He oversees logistics, the Studio Internship program, is part of the exhibition planning team, and helps take care of HP’s facilities. Outside of HP, Josh’s interests vary widely. Topping the list would be dogs, followed in no particular order by gardening, the outdoors, the NFL, golf, music, movies, memes, podcasts, and of course making things. Judith Baumann, Lead Printer-in-Residence

Judith Baumann (she/her) is the Lead Printer-in-Residence at Highpoint Editions. Judith (Judy) joins Highpoint for a year-long residency, collaborating with national and international artists and publishing limited-edition prints. She also creates unique print media editions of her own work and fine art print collaborations under the imprint Renegade Cascade Editions. She specializes in lithography, letterpress and digital integration in print. Judith is also joined by Hazel, shop dog extraordinaire. She is a Very Good Girl and loves her "job" as Studio Mascot.
Mads Golitz,
Education Programs Assistant
As the Education Programs Assistant, Mads (they/he) works with the Education Programs Manager to prepare printmaking classes for K12, adult, and community visitors. This includes classroom maintenance, gathering materials, and program outreach. They also assist in teaching many of these workshops.
Outside of the classroom, Mads loves to make art, go on long walks, make soup with friends, and play soccer.
Rebecca Johannsen, Education Programs Manager
Rebecca “Jo” (she/her) leads a diverse range of educational initiatives aimed at fostering creativity and learning across age groups. With over a decade of experience in art education, Jo's role includes designing and facilitating programs for K-12 students, adult learners, and emerging artists.
In addition to her role at Highpoint, Jo is the proud owner of Average Jo Prints, a printmaking business. Outside the studio, Jo enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and pets.
Rebecca Nichloson, Development & Communications Manager

Rebecca (she/her) manages all aspects of Highpoint’s development operations, including grant management, donor and member engagement. She also drives a communications strategy that elevates Highpoint’s visibility, deepens stakeholder relationships, and supports fundraising efforts.

Sarah Peters,
Special Projects Manager

Sarah Peters (she/her) is Highpoint’s Special Projects Manager. Her duties include assisting with special events and initiatives, particularly the production of a multi-day event at Highpoint in spring 2026.
Sarah has previously worked at Highpoint in two interim roles, first as Interim Executive Director in 2023, and most recently as Interim Development Manager. Sarah is also a visual artist who makes drawings and books, and is currently the Artist-in-Residence at Capitol Region Watershed District.
Solomon Sanchez,
Administrative Coordinator

As the Administrative Coordinator, Solomon (he/him) provides essential administrative support and creative coordination across Highpoint’s programs and partnerships. In his role, he helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering meaningful connections between staff, artists, and the wider community.
Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father to an imaginative 8-year-old daughter, a DJ, and a lover of travel, food, and film. Whether exploring surreal cinema, sketch comedy, or a new city’s art scene, he finds inspiration in the strange, the beautiful, and the unexpectedly true.
Carley Schmidt,
Interim Communications Manager

As the Interim Communications Manager, Carley Schmidt (she/her) manages Highpoint’s external communications. She handles the creation and production of all designed materials and marketing collateral. Carley joined the team at the beginning of 2025, but first connected with Highpoint as a Studio Assistant two years prior.
She maintains a studio practice in the Highpoint Co-op, and enjoys exploring outdoors, time with friends, and traveling. Her work can be viewed at carleyschmidtart.com.
Zac Adams-Bliss,
Lead Printer
Zac Adams-Bliss (he/his) in the Lead Printer at Highpoint Editions. In his role at Highpoint Editions, he collaborates with local, national, and international artists to publish limited edition prints of their artwork. This includes all stages of proofing and editioning, such as pre-press preparation, color-matching, printing, and finalization of prints. He spends time outside work with family, friends, neighbors, and pets. He enjoys archery and spends a lot of time in his vegetable garden during the warmer months.
