Burning Desert is a series of screenprints created and printed between 2025 and 2026 that map the psychological terrain of living between collapsing ecosystems and accelerating technologies. Drawing on imagery of extreme heat, combustion, and ecological erosion, the work uses narrative abstraction — layered photography, generated imagery, and hand-printed surfaces — to evoke the anxiety of irreversible change.
