This Free Ink Day we have a special guest: Erin Rupp of Pollinate MN teaching about pollinators with a honeybee hive. (Bees will be fully contained).

What is Free Ink Day?
Highpoint invites the community to an afternoon of hands-on printmaking and creative fun. At these free, public events visitors of all ages can drop in anytime during the afternoon to make unique, hand-made artwork. All materials for the planned activity are non-toxic and supplied by Highpoint (while supplies last). No registration is necessary – just drop in, bring your creativity, and be ready to get inky! Staff and volunteers will be able to answer any questions along the way.

The event is zero waste with compostable wrappers and materials. This event is made possible with support from the Hennepin County Green Partners Grant.

Hennepin Green Partners Education Grant Supports this program through our Environmental Creative Clean Water Stewards Program. This is a year-long education program designed to teach students about clean water initiatives, rain gardens, and pollinators, and allow them to create artwork around sustainability.
