In this four week class, students will gain and develop ideation skills through a variety of conceptually focused exercises and discussions. Classes will be structured around group discussion, writing, inquiry, homework, experimentation, observation, and learning how to truly look and see. Based on Grover's interpretation of The Magician tarot card, the core principles of this class will be trust, familiarity, grace, risk taking, and curiosity. Students are expected to bring their sketchbooks to each class. (Sketchbooks will be provided, along with all other materials necessary.) Students will produce transfer prints with Mod Podge and printer paper during their explorations.

Beginner level, openness required.
